How Does Preppable Work?
For Restaurants
1. Sign Up & Connect Stripe
Create your restaurant account and connect your Stripe account to receive payments.
2. Create Your Menu
Add your meals with photos, descriptions, allergen info, and pricing.
3. Build Subscription Plans
Choose fulfillment type (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
Select menu strategy (item list, set menu, by-weight)
Set pricing and meal frequency
Configure pickup slots or delivery windows
4. Go Live
Share your unique restaurant URL with customers (e.g., preppable.com/your-restaurant)
5. Manage Subscriptions
View active subscribers
Track upcoming orders
Update menus weekly
Communicate via SMS/email
For Customers
1. Find a Restaurant
Browse restaurants on Preppable or visit a restaurant's direct link.
2. Choose a Plan
Select from available meal plans (weekly, monthly, etc.)
3. Customize Your Preferences
Set dietary restrictions and allergens
Configure notification preferences
Add optional tip
4. Select Your Meals
Depending on the plan type:
Item List: Choose meals from the menu
Set Menu: Select within sections (appetizer, main, dessert)
By Weight: View portion sizes
5. Enjoy Your Meals
Receive pickup/delivery notifications
Update selections weekly (if allowed)
Manage subscription in your dashboard
