How Fees Are Charged
Platform fees are automatically deducted from payouts
You receive the subscription amount minus the platform fee
Customers pay zero platform fees (we charge restaurants only)
Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are separate

Customer subscribes for $100/week on Starter tier:
Customer pays: $100
Platform fee (4.5%): $4.50
You receive: $95.50
Stripe fee (~3%): $3.00
Net to you: ~$92.50
