Subscribers: 0-25
Platform Fee: 10%
Best For: New restaurants testing the platform
Tier 2: Growing
Subscribers: 26-100
Platform Fee: 7.5%
Best For: Established restaurants scaling up
Tier 3: Enterprise
Subscribers: 101+
Platform Fee: 5%
Best For: High-volume restaurants
How Tiers Work
Automatic Upgrades
Tier changes happen automatically
Based on active subscriber count
Recalculated daily at midnight
Fee Calculation
Fees apply to the period the subscriber was active:
If you have 24 subscribers in January: 10% fee
Grow to 27 subscribers in February: 7.5% fee on February revenue
No Downgrades
Once you reach a tier, you stay there:
Reach 26 subscribers → 7.5% fee forever
Even if you drop to 20 subscribers later
