Understanding Your Billing Dashboard

Your billing dashboard shows earnings, fees, and payout schedules.

Dashboard Overview

Revenue Metrics

  • This Week: Total subscription charges

  • This Month: Monthly revenue total

  • Average Order Value: Revenue ÷ number of orders

  • Growth Rate: Month-over-month comparison

Active Subscriptions

  • Total Active: Number of paying customers

  • New This Week: Recent signups

  • Churn Rate: Cancellations ÷ total subscriptions

  • Retention Rate: 1 - churn rate

Upcoming Charges

See scheduled charges for next 7 days:

  • Customer name

  • Plan type

  • Amount

  • Charge date

Stripe Connect Status

Connected

  • Charges Enabled: Can accept payments

  • Payouts Enabled: Can receive payouts

  • Account ID: Your Stripe account (masked)

Action Buttons

  • View Dashboard: Opens Stripe dashboard

  • Update Settings: Manage bank account, business details

Pending

If verification pending:

  • Status: "Verification Required"

  • Action Needed: Complete Stripe onboarding

  • Timeline: Usually 1-2 business days

Fee Breakdown

Stripe Fees

  • Card Processing: 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction

  • Instant Payouts: 1% of payout amount

  • Disputes: $15 per dispute

Preppable Fees

Tiered platform fees (see Platform Fees):

  • Tier 1: 10% (0-25 subscribers)

  • Tier 2: 7.5% (26-100 subscribers)

  • Tier 3: 5% (101+ subscribers)

Net Revenue

Formula: (Gross Revenue - Stripe Fees - Preppable Fees = Net Revenue)

Example:

  • Gross: $1,000

  • Stripe: -$59 (2.9% + $0.30 × 40 transactions)

  • Preppable: -$75 (7.5%)

  • Net: $866

Payout Schedule

  • Standard: Every 2 business days

  • Amount: Net revenue from charges 2 days ago

  • Bank Account: Set in Stripe Connect
