Creating New Prices

In Preppable Dashboard

  1. Navigate to Plans

  2. Click on the plan to edit

  3. Update the price field

  4. Save changes

  5. New Stripe price created automatically

What Happens

  • New subscribers: See new price immediately

  • Existing subscribers: Depends on your choice

Handling Existing Subscribers

Option 1: Grandfather Existing

Keep existing subscribers at old price:

  • Most customer-friendly approach

  • Maintains trust and retention

  • New subscribers pay new price

Option 2: Migrate on Next Renewal

Update price at next billing cycle:

  1. Schedule price change in Stripe
