Formula: (Churned / Total Active × 100)
Industry benchmarks:
Excellent: <5% monthly churn
Good: 5-7%
Needs Improvement: >10%
Lifetime Value (LTV)
Estimated total revenue per customer: Formula: (Average Order Value × Average Months Subscribed)
Example:
